I have been studying and teaching meditation for 12 years.
My practice has led to 14 different meditation and yoga trainings with many gifted teachers. My approach is highly influenced by my mentorship with the meditation thought-leaders and authors Dr. Lorin Roche and his wife Camille Maurine.
To me, meditation is for everyone. It’s an innate ability wired into our physiology. And it’s vital that meditation is practiced in ways that are as individualized and nuanced as the meditator.
I work with meditators to teach them to embody the various skills of meditation; making this practice accessible, nourishing and highly restorative.
My gift is that I am an attentive, empathic listener. And with this skill I help meditators to access the heart of their own inner wisdom.
Clients come to me when they want to learn to meditate or level-up their practice. I support clients who are working through life changes or old traumas. I work with people during times of health concern or when they feel spiritually moved to deepen their relationship to themselves. I also host group sessions for businesses and non-profits.
Currently, I have a comfortable welcoming office space where I see clients in Sarasota, FL. And I work with many clients worldwide over videoconferencing.
