In every session with me, you will gain clarity on the skills and microskills of meditation and how to weave them into your daily practice. Meditation is a practice that is continuously clarifying itself. And on any given day, your practice and your life will guide you in what you need in order to strengthen your nervous system, take better care of yourself, feel fully alive, enhance your connections and heal. We will collaborate in unearthing that guidance together.

We might use any combination of different modalities to create clarity. Some of these are: conversation, breath work, mini-meditations, longer meditations, reflections, chakra energy perception, symbolism, body movement, deep relaxation, mythology, spontaneous mudra, support of science, research and nature, and of course our own guidance.

This practice is yours and it will resound within you in your own very specific language and tone. It's my aim to listen to your language, learn it and speak it with you.

In short, together we will meet your practice with what it is asking for today. And through that interaction, we will create a plan that you can initiate and play with every day to get the most out of your meditation practice on your own.
