Battling Imposter Syndrom
Before working with Kyle, I was battling imposter syndrome and overwhelming anxiety. By working one-on-one with her on a daily meditation practice, I developed the tools to confront the source of these emotions in a safe and healing place. One of the most magical things about Kyle is how her empathy and intuition led to deep conversations that helped me develop meditations and visualizations that were personal and powerful. Before my work with Kyle, I’d been meditating with apps like Calm and Headspace, but you can’t even compare those tools to working with a coach. I don’t think I knew what meditation was before meeting Kyle!
